What is "SPACECOOL" Radiative Cooling Material?
SPACECOOL is a new material with world-leading radiative cooling performance, capable of achieving temperatures below ambient air at zero energy.
Its unique optical design enables both heat shielding (reflectivity: ~95%)—reflecting solar heat and suppressing absorption—and radiative cooling (emissivity: ~95%)—emitting absorbed heat as infrared radiation in the “atmospheric window” wavelength range to dissipate heat into space.
